Equipment Available for Hire:
We have a small collection of party lights, chip bowls, tablecloths etc. BYO decorations (no staples in the walls please). You are welcome to have a small band, but they need to bring everything. HDMI adaptor for laptops to run birthday party slides.

Additional Charges
Please double check your booking information to ensure it is the correct date, time and duration. If you want to reschedule or cancel your booking, you must email us at least 24 hours before your booking. If you cannot reschedule to another available time, a full refund will be given.
3. Reschedules and cancellations are NOT permitted within 24 hours of your booking time. No refunds will be given within 24 hours of your booking.
4. For bookings over 4 hours, please submit your request either a) In writing to info@thewriggleroom.com.au, b) by selecting the Extended Studio Hire option on the Booking page of our website. We will send you a Booking Form to complete with further information.
5. Ensure you include the time required for set up and pack down of your event/class in order to not disturb other users/bookings of TWR. This includes general tidying of your booking time. If you make a mess, clean it up as there may be a booking after you. You will be charged any additional time that is over your original booking.
6. If you require any tables and/or chairs for your booking, please email us to advise how many you need. A small hire fee may be charged depending on the quantity required.
7. If you are looking to run regular classes and wish to book for long term usage, we can also arrange monthly invoices. Please email us the details of your intended class
